Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Postcard, TWINT.

At the Migros ticket office:

In 2024, there will be no central ticket office at Maison Saint-Gervais 5 rue du Temple. The ticket office will be moved at the following places :

Good to know:

For each event, a ticket office will be open on site 30 minutes before the starting time. It is not possible to pay cash (except at Migros ticket office). The number of tickets on sale depends on the amount of space remaining. There may be no tickets available if the performance is sold out. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

For performances that are announced as sold out, a waiting list will be available at the venue when the ticket office opens, on a first come, first served basis. However, this list does not guarantee a seat. It is not possible to get on the waiting list by phone or email, but only by coming to the performance venue.

All purchases are final, and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded (including tickets purchased with a pass). Only refunds due to cancellation of the event are permitted. For more details, please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale.

Tickets are not nominative: if you can no longer attend a performance, you can pass it on to someone else. (unless the tickets were purchased with a pass; the passes being nominative and non-transferable).

Create a Festival-goer Pass.

Festival-goer Cards are now digital. You'll receive your pass by email directly after placing your order. Simply present the QR code at the entrance, or download the PDF. Your tickets are loaded onto the card and QR code. Only tickets purchased separately (and not at the festival rate) need to be downloaded.
