Performance

L’Âge de nos idées is an exploration of time, of the supposed generational conflict, and of how our ideas fit into overlapping eras. Three artists share the stage – one boomer and two Gen Zs – as Yan Duyvendak, Yel K. Banto, and Matthieu La-Brossard share practices, tools, knowledge, and ethics. Protocols, film, and dance make up the tableaux in this play, which is stitched together from situations, behaviours, and life quotes on cancel culture, privilege, ageism, violence, cognitive bubbles, racism, quotas, the chosen mix, Michael Jackson and his Thriller choreography… We enter L’Âge de nos idées like we enter into a different age: together and joyfully.

The performance on Wednesday 11 September is a "Relax" performance.
