BITBYBIT will land in the gorgeous Parc Evaux like a UFO from a bygone era. Under a domed tent, swapping the bass drum for Dijf Sanders’s beats, Simon and Vincent Bruyninckx of Collectif Malunés revisit the ‘jaws of steel’ technique. Blood brothers in real life and brothers of steel on stage, they’re linked by a rope which they hold between their teeth. Utterly dependent on each other, they challenge each other, duel and dance, constantly under tension, in the air and on the ground. A poetic and ferocious, powerful and funny, but most of all, fraternal show.
